Common Issues
My channel won't connect
Reconnect the channel from Settings → Channels. If the OAuth window closes without finishing, disable your popup blocker and try again.
Messages aren't sending
Check that the channel status shows active, and that the contact hasn't opted out. Provider rate limits (e.g. WhatsApp) can also delay delivery — these clear automatically.
The AI agent isn't replying
Confirm an agent is assigned to the conversation and that the workspace has available credits under Settings → Billing.
